Anaïs DerSimonian is a writer and media artist who currently serves as The Yellow Tulip Project’s Associate Director. Holding a BA in both Screen Studies and Culture Studies from Clark University ’17, DerSimonian understands the importance of youth agency in storytelling–and is fiercely dedicated to uplifting those voices in the pursuit of intergenerational mental health awareness.

DerSimonian was formerly the Filmmaker in Residence at the Jacob Hiatt Center for Urban Education. In her free time she enjoys making mood-based playlists and cooking elaborate dinners for her friends.
